When the wielder of this artifact activates a given rarity's power it lowers its rarity by one. Legendary to great. Great to good. When activated at good, the artifact is turned into a mundane and destroyed. Alternatively, this artifact may be used as a spell component without being consumed. If used as such the threshold for destroying this artifact increases one rarity. Mundane to good. Good to Great. Great to Legendary. The powers for each rarity are listed below: Legendary: Increase progress per session of a target non-spell, non-artifact, creation progress quest of the wielder's by +3, up to +6. It will also add flat progress to the same progress quest equal to the wielder's highest stat, no higher than 6, minimum of 4. Great: Increase progress per session of a target non-spell, non-artifact, creation progress quest of the wielder's by +2, up to +4. It will also add 4 flat progress to the same progress quest. Good: Increase progress per session of a target non-spell, non-artifact, creation progress quest of the wielder's by +1, up to +2. It will also add 2 flat progress to the same progress quest. This artifact is empowered and may not have its strength increased or altered by any means other than a wish.
